Thanks for stopping by!  Monsters Project is a monster themed game, book, and website scattered with hidden levels, codes, and clues. You are free to explore this strange new place, but do so carefully. The surroundings get stranger and oddities abound.

About the Creators

Dana Hocking is a writer. When he was a kid, his imagination ran wild as they tend to do and making words out of the ideas that showed up seemed like a natural fit. 

At age 20, he began working for The Synthesis, a Northern California arts and culture magazine. There, he interviewed bands like Maroon5, POD, and Papa Roach. He also learned that he loved the blank page and the possibilities it represented. 

Dana has a degree in Media Arts from CSU, Chico and continues to enjoy all forms of creating. You can find him online at www.danahocking.com.

Josh Funk is an illustrator and filmmaker known for his use of monsters, stop-motion animation, and practical effects.

In 2009 Funk illustrated the instructional magic book Sinful: A Graphic Novel for magician Wayne Houchin (Discovery Channel Host of "Breaking Magic") and his most recent, award winning film The Spaceman has played in festivals around the world.
